HOW DO I CLEAN MY EARRINGS?
Polymer Clay: Cleaning and caring for polymer clay is quite easy. All you need is a damp rag/cloth. Simply wipe the dirt off delicately. Please be gentle when handling the earrings to avoid drops, oils, makeup, ink, creams etc. Do not expose them to water unless it’s for cleaning purposes. While clay is pretty durable in itself, poor maintenance of the earrings can cause breakage later on. If you do stain the earring, you can take isopropyl alcohol or 100% acetone on a cotton swab and gently wipe the dirt away from the earring. Do not do this on earrings with a clear sealant or holographic/iridescent powder. Alcohol is very tough and may cause discoloration and damage the earring if used too much.
Pearls & Stones: Take a damp cloth and gently clean the pearl or stone.
ARE YOUR EARRINGS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN/HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes! Although each style has its own type of finding, all are made of nickel free hypoallergenic metals. Please look at each item description for information of what materials are used. If you would like to request another type of material than what is listed please reach out to me before ordering to ensure I have it available.
I HAVE GAUGED EARS/NO EARRING PIERCING, CAN YOU ADD A SPECIFIC TYPE OF POST?
Hey, I have gauged ears too! The answer is yes to most of the earring styles. There may be some that are simply too small to be worn with bigger posts, regardless, please reach out to me before placing an order so I can ensure that I can accommodate your request.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Please note that they are on a case by case basis though, and the processing time will vary on the detailing of the piece.
Please email me with your concept and request and we can go from there. As a reminder, I will not recreate or copy another artist’s piece of work.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Earring orders are shipped in a small corrugated box. We use tissue paper to ensure that they are not damaged while in transit.
Homewares are shipped in a corrugated box with the item wrapped in a paper-based bubble wrap alternative, and then the box is filled with paper to add more cushioning.
Any plastic in your shipment is re-used from previous packages. This is to ensure that the plastics we have are being given as many life-cycles as possible before being tossed in the trash. Please reuse what you can, and recycle what is left. We do not package anything in new plastic, only recycled from other purchases or orders.
MY SHIPPING SEEMS REALLY HIGH, WHY?
Shipping is determined bu the weight, distance, and package size of your order. If you think that it is really high and would like me to check on the cost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll make sure it's accurate.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I currently do not ship internally. Rates are very high at the moment and until I sort out the details to ensure I can legally ship and at the lowest cost possible I won't be able to fulfill orders outside of the U.S. If you really would like to place an international order please email us so we can check if it's possible! email@example.com
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes! When checking out, if you're in the Chicago area and within a 20 mile radius you will be given the option for local delivery which is free. Anyone outside of this is not eligible for this unfortunately. I will coordinate with you whenever your ready is ready.
