Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
At this moment I am not accepting returns or exchanges, but please contact me if there is an issue with your order. I will accept cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order, anything outside of this timeframe will not be honored.
Please note that colors may vary slightly from device to device as each screen is different. Because each piece is handmade and assembled by me, small imperfections may occur but they are a part of this art medium and for this I will not be offering refunds or exchanges.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be offered for custom orders or vintage goods.
Shipping & Processing Times
Because each piece is made by me and often involves multiple steps of work, please allow 5-7 days to make, assemble, and ship out your order. Once it leaves my studio, I cannot predict nor control any delays or issues while en route to your address. I cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages while in the possession of the postal service.
If you need your item(s) to arrive by a specific day, please reach out to me before placing your order to ensure I can make it happen. Please note that while I may be able to speed up the processing time, I cannot ensure that no delays will occur while it’s being shipped to you, Even with express or priority shipping, the postal service may experience delays due to Covid-19.

Damage & Loss
If one of your earrings was lost or damaged please inquire about the possibility of purchasing a single earring.
I cannot replace any item due to normal wear and tear. Polymer clay is a durable and easy to clean material, please visit the FAQ page for more care information.
Delicate items are packaged carefully to ensure that they are not broken while in transit, however, we are not responsible for any damages that are done while being handled by your mail carrier.
