Due to COVID-19, mail carriers are still experiencing delays that are beyond our control. Casa 184 does not see anything different than what the customer sees when using the tracking number to see shipping & delivery updates. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once you receive your tracking number. 

Additionally, USPS has unfortunately risen prices on shipping costs so you may see a slight difference in the cost during check out. Unfortunately this is completely out of my control.

Because each piece is made by me and often involves multiple steps of work, please allow 5-7 days to make, assemble, and ship out your order. Once it leaves my studio, I cannot predict nor control any delays or issues while en route to your address. I cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages while in the possession of the postal service.

 

If you need your item(s) to arrive by a specific day, please reach out to me before placing your order to ensure I can make it happen. Please note that while I may be able to speed up the processing time, I cannot ensure that no delays will occur while it’s being shipped to you, Even with express or priority shipping, the postal service may experience delays due to Covid-19.
